I am looking for a house to put my all into. It takes time and energy and wanting to find someone that can match that. I’ve want communication and trust in each other in order to repair or rebuild any type of structural integrity or kinky foundation. Needs to be equal parts for both parties involved to make sure we both get what we want and need to live in this house together.

I want to take our time and establish our own blueprints (kinks) to understand where we want this journey to take us. Always making sure that once we start to travel into this world of renovations that we can always come back home and feel safe, seen and heard. Uncharted territory can be excited and both scary at times. If we can both be open and honest about where we want to explore then it will be a journey with every desire we need fulfilled and more. I want us to take our time and do a proper inspection of the foundation and listen to any feedback we have for each other. This will only help us to ensure the foundation is strong and feels supported during storms and calm weather.

I want an amazing tenant and one that has experience with renovating a house so it has all the kinks we both want . I’m not worried if you have another house you live in now currently. I’m focused on making this house we renovate together that makes us feel complete again together. I am an open book and any questions you have about my current house I will answer honestly.

I am not looking for this house to be a vacation home or something that is temporary. I have the time to put all of my effort into this house and make it whatever we want it to be. I want us to grow old in this house together and build all the memories together that we can. Smoking and drug use are not permitted in this house. I hope you also have the same standards as I do.

Communication for me is non negotiable. I will always let you know if I’m running late or will be away of something pops up. I enjoy sending you a quick message if I’m busy to remind you that I am coming home and that I’m thinking of you. Days, nights and weekends will be put into making this home amazing so it can flourish.

Willing to talk about the type of renovations (kinks) we want to have in our house. I’ve never had a renovation I’ve said no to yet with my partner and willing to try out a renovation at least twice to see if fits with what we want in our house.
