I've been in the lifestyle for a solid 15 years and have found that as long as there's a will there's a way... That holds true from both sides. If you're willing, it will work. I truly believe these words and have experienced that, as I'm sure you have, in many relationships in life (whether it's within the lifestyle, at work, friendships or otherwise). When the effort stops, so does the relationship.

So... That's my first and foremost, as the title suggests; you need to be enthusiastic about being dedicated to being a Sub. I enjoy giving tasks, I enjoy seeing the results, hearing about the results, and encouraging you with my responses.

I'm a very encouraging man, with a soft and hard side, depending on what the occasion calls for. Am I a DD? I can be... Am I a Sadist? I can be... Do I enjoy TPE? If the dynamic calls for, I can be...

A close second, as I'm sure you also know to effort, is communication. Without it any relationship is lost. Voicing expectations, right from the start is beyond important. If you, or I, have expectations and don't voice them they'll go unmet which inevitably leads to a slow relationship death.
