So often in these posts it's what we who are writing are looking for. My title sums that up though. So instead I'd like to show what I offer. Simplified: Stern fun, strict, friendship, improvement.

I love campsite rules when it comes to almost everything in life. That rule is you leave your campsite better than how you found it. Improve where you've been, who you've been with what you've done. I want both of us to walk away (if we do) feeling more comfortable with who we are and what we like. Our proclevities aren't a source of shame. Even if you like humiliation and degradation, it's playing with shame in a healthy and controlled manner so that we don't allow those debilitating thoughts to seep into our everyday lives. If you want a purely sexual dynamic, that's fine. But I'm great for accountability, I can help with fitness goals, mental goals, diet goals, fashion goals etc Don't expect a daddy though. I'm not one for positivity and praise as a source of motivation. Motivation is a fleeting emotion, what we need done in life can't wait for that emotion. Happy to be a kink despenser, but not a motivation despenser. Don't confuse wanting/needing to be submissive for someone as using a Dom to create motivation. It's not the same. Sheep herded into a pen don't feel motivated to enter, they feel they have to. Same with an emoeding deadline. That sense of urgency is not motivation, it is necessity. Let me help you feel the need to accomplish what it is you want, all the while needing to please me. I do love good "girls."

I don't mind your experience level but I do prefer experience. If you don't have much, be ready and willing to listen and obey. It isn't an immediate transition. We get to know each other we ease in we learn. It isn't hello and now you're mine. Though once you are mine, things soeed up quickly. We have boundaries and safe words and we build trust. Nothing is more satisfying than being trusted. I will never blackmail you or force you beyond a limit. I want you to feel safe. To melt into that security so I can care for your needs.
