I'm 47 years old submissive male from Finland looking for a strict and demanding Domme. I would love to find a Domme who would help me to lose more weight. I have successfully lost over 10kg in past months with a help and I want to continue this journey to be in the best shape ever. I've tried to get myself in shape many times, but my self discipline is just not strong enough 🙈.

Is it possible to find a strict Domme somewhere, who would like to control me and help me to find my missing self-discipline? I don't need awards, support or encouragement, but a demanding whipper for whom nothing is enough, no matter how well I do. I have a strong urge to please so this would help me a lot. I wish you'd demand to report to you my weight and progress, for example, my daily steps, excercises or my eating (daily, weekly or what ever is suitable for you.) Maybe I'd need to ask your permission to do things that won't support my progress. In other words I need rules to follow. Basically what ever you want.

If I don't achieve the goals, I should be punished, maybe you'd like to make me suffer and do humiliating tasks, ensuring my motivation in the future. Meanwhile I'm ready to to what ever you want me to do to serve you or entertain you.. I don't need or deserve rewards If I reach my targets, but this is all up to you.

I love Femdom, verbal humiliation, bullying, mocking and degredation, I'm into bondage, I tolerate pain (like CBT, nipple play), anal, chastity, edging and denial and much more.
