Have you reached that point where self-discipline isn’t enough? Do you find obstacles and distractions hinder your progress, bad habits distracting you, lack of focus an issue?
Have you considered the possibility that having an external source of accountability might be beneficial? A disciplinarian, or someone who holds you accountable for your actions, who ensures you face real consequences when necessary (not following through on commitments, neglecting responsibilities related to your goals, etc.)?
Embracing the power of accountability can help with maintaining focus, cultivating or reigniting that spark of motivation, establishing consistency & routines & expectations and more.
I’m a man in London, Ontario, Canada who has helped several women successfully work through personal issues, primarily using spanking and other agreed upon punishments (or loss of certain “privileges”), for accountability. Not for everyone, but some women find it helps them take responsibility and focus. Maybe by giving up some control, she feels she’s not alone?
We discuss everything first, agree on limits and techniques, and only move forward when you are comfortable and ready. No rush, no expectations, no pressure and you decide when (or if) you are ready.
Note that this is for legal aged, consenting adult women. Open to local women as well as visiting women.
