BDD makes me want to cheat on my wife

I lost 80lbs, on track to keep losing. I have BDD. I have loose skin from weight loss, and never in my life did i ever feel attractive. Now I'm almost 40, and it bothers me that my life is halfway over and I never felt sexy.

I'm married as of 4 years. My wife is trying to understand my BDD, but struggling. Even though I love her, I want to cheat on her. I believe the only way I can truly feel sexy is to have sex with lots of women. I get further discouraged because it's hard to find someone who wants to cheat with me, and this makes my self esteem worse.
