Places for Cheaper Eye Exams?

Does anyone have recommendations for places / Ophthalmologists or Optometrists that offer cheap eye exams? I know that our student insurance plan covers $60 from the total cost but I still hope to have a lower out-of-pocket expense, the lower the better~

The place I went to 2 years ago has an offer for eye exams for $69 (I don't quite remember its name but I think it was image optical?). But now it is under Specsavers. Their website says they offer eye exams for $99.
