Post Body

Right now I think I’m going to go with pulled pork for the main protein to make sandwiches with. I might also do some sausages. Right now I’m hurting for side dish ideas and possibly some other proteins that won’t break the bank. I know I’m going to make a pan of bbq beans, coleslaw, and potato salad. One or two more hot sides would be great. Preferably ones that will reheat well since we’ll be eating it over a weekend. I’ve thought about doing Mac and cheese but I’m not sure how well it will reheat the next day.
