First time smoking ribs!

My ol lady doesn’t like meat on the bone but my favorite is ribs. I LOVE smoking meat and everything involved but bc of her preferences I’ve never done ribs. She LOVED these (after I pulled them off the bone). Let me tell you, these were fantastic!!! 2 hours on the Webber at 250-275 apple smoke. 2 1/2 hours wrapped with butter and honey at 275degrees. Rested 30min. Holy crap, the best thing I’ve ever made!!!
