I'm trying to BBQ a tritip, but as woman who doesn't bbq without the assistance of a man typically. What am I doing wrong? Lump charcoal, let the coals die. Dumped, realized I didn't have enough. So I threw some more on, is my meat gonna taste like literal trash? Rookie, who is now single but loves tritip as a Bay Area native and dweller!
