Can you long term rest pork butt like a brisket, or will it get dry?

We have a party tomorrow and weβre making some pulled pork for the party. Party is at 1 tomorrow and the pork should be done around 5 am. Can we turn the oven down to 150F and leave it in there for 4-5 hours wrapped in foil and it will stay good? Or should we throw it in the fridge and warm it back up for the party? Has anyone ever tried this?
