Is this the best setup for a chain lock + U-lock?

I lock my helmet, frame, and front wheel to the bike rack with the grade 8 Kryptonite chain lock, and just the rear wheel to the rack with a grade 7 Kryptonite U-lock.
Would it be better to use the rear U-lock on the frame as well?
I know nothing will stop the most determined third and this is typically only for grocery shopping and similar 1-hour-or-less instances around San Francisco, but curious for thoughts on this risk reduction approach.
