I've been a big believer in Brave for a long time. I use it on every device I own and I've used my status as the "tech-savvy" guy to refer several family and friends. I purchased a few grand worth of BAT. I very much believe in what the project is trying to accomplish, which is why I've been very patient (perhaps more patient than most) when it comes to things like Brave Sync being broken and the BAT numbers getting funky. But this has me extremely frustrated.
I've been accumulating BAT in browser for several months. Normally I'd just let the BAT be transferred to my verified Uphold wallet, but that has been very hit and miss for me over the past few months, so I decided I'd just tip my ad earnings from mobile and from the devices that, for whatever reason, weren't syncing with uphold to my verified Brave Publisher account. I've always seen the policy put forward by the BAT team that ad earnings are yours to do with as you see fit and if you want to tip them to yourself that's fine.
And yet last week, when I logged-in to my publishers account to see why the BAT hadn't hit my uphold account yet, I found that, for some reason, my account had been suspended. I submitted the appeal form on the website, but have yet to hear anything. I just don't understand why my account was suspended.
If anyone from the BAT team could shed any light at all on my situation, I'd appreciate it. All of this has somewhat rattled my belief in the project and I could very much use some reassurance.
Regardless, thanks for reading.
