Has anyone ever ordered from Amazing Dancewear and not received their order?

I place an order on August 31 for a light blue leotard from Amazing Dancewear and also a light blue wrap skirt. I received the skirt but have yet to receive the leotard. I have tried calling the company but the number is disconnected. I have also emailed the company but have yet to receive a reply. Has anyone else ordered from this company and had problems? Does anyone know if there is any other way to get a hold of someone? They still have $45 of mine.
