Learning Vaganova when you don't have access to teachers in person?
Post Body

Hey everyone!

So I started ballet completely new 7 years ago in my late 20s. I started in adult ballet classes until a couple years in my teacher saw me really motivated and asked me to join what was then the RAD intermediate class with the younger students. I'm now in Advanced 2 and I really want to be able to study Vaganova as well since I think it can only improve my dancing.

However I live in a small city in Europe where all the ballet academies only do the RAD curriculum. I don't have a car, and even if I did, it seems I'd have to leave my state to find such a school.

Does anyone have any tips to learn Vaganova from a good teacher online or other online resources? At reasonable prices if possible 😅 Im still going to my RAD classes because I actually really like my teacher, she's very no nonsense and precise and detailed in her critiques with us and she's helped me a lot, but paying for two separate sets of classes is not really in my budget...
