Split training suggestion
Post Body

I’m an adult beginner and have been trying to do a full split for the last 18 months. Every morning I spend about 10 mins stretching and slowly widening the angle of split. I made progress but feel like I’ve pushed the limit. Assuming a full split is 180 degrees on both legs, I maxed out at 150. It’s frustrating and am almost giving up. Does anyone have a training tip or know what I’m doing wrong?
