Alignment exercises to correct feet that point outward?
Post Flair (click to view more posts with a particular flair)
Post Body
I have what I guess are called āduck feetā - my feet naturally point outward when my knees are facing forward.
Iām still a beginner at ballet and whenever Iām in class, the instructor tells me to stop turning outā¦ but Iām not turning out, at least not at the hips. I just have duck feet!
Anyway, can anyone recommend exercises that help correct foot alignment (if thatās even possible)?
