Hey everybody, first of all, I'm really thankful for the knowledge gained from this community.
I got my bloodwork test done, and I am low on Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. I am not a vegetarian, but in spite of being a non-vegetarian, I don't eat a lot of non-vegetarian food. With the current info I have, my body seems to be low on stomach acid, which is why B12 is not getting absorbed by the body ( this was concluded by the baking soda cold water in the morning test - I didn't burp at all)
Vitamin B12: 131 pmol/L Ref range (138-652)
Vitamin D: 51.5 nmol/L Ref range (75-250)
I consulted a dietician a week back, and she prescribed me a few supplements (attached pics). I am still at the stage of gathering knowledge and making sure. I have the right info and not to mess up things. Any guidance/tips from experts here would be really helpful.
