A general question about the PearsonVue Proctored Test

I am almost set to write my first MS Cert exam. I have anxiety and I often face sudden urges to use the restroom that nervous situations trigger.
My question is whether there is accommodation to to stand or leave from the camera view during the exam? How can the exam setups allow for this?
