Hello! I'm still fairly new to ayurveda, so please bear with me. I've been familiar with the doshas for years now, but have always stumbled in identifying mine. There aren't any ayurvedic practitioners in my area, and seeing someone would be cost prohibitive at the moment anyways. /
I am a 32f who received a bone marrow transplant from my sister at age 5 (27 years ago, all was successful and I'm a normal, healthy 32yo now). When I'm trying to identify my dosha I come up with nearly even pitta/kapha duality, which I understand is not uncommon. However, I don't know if it's normal to feel like a pitta who is living in a kapha body, which is how I feel. I have wondered if the bone marrow transplant I received as a child may be a contributing factor, as I believe my sister to be a pretty solid kapha. I was hoping someone out there may have some insight. Thanks for reading!
