What is causing this?

So this started 6 years before and it took over while of my face from forehead to chin to nose and cheeks. It worsens after I shower. It’s on my face only and really shows no signs of going. What may be the reason.
Age 38, average build. I do not eat fast food. I know this is not a sun or outside UV related.
