Best Ayurvedic Panchkarma resort or clinic?

Seeking a best kept secret Ayurvedic Panchkarma resort, which hopefully isn't too expensive... Open to global locations, but want a place that does synchronized Abhyangam (2 male therapists at once) :-)
I used to get it done at a small hole in the wall clinic in Hyderabad, while staying at the Meridien, but the clinic shut.
I want to do Vamana and Virechana, and Nethra Tarpanam, so they better be reliable with strong doctors!
