Always feel cold when in pool or ocean than normal average person

Hi I have observed that when I am outside in pool or beach, I feel water cold even though to others water is warmer. Also when I am wet, I feel cold when for others it is not. For some reason my body feels cold when ever I am in or near water.
Is there a aryuveda reason behind it? And can this be reversed?
