UPDATE: Kev just messaged me, that they came to an agreement with Greenkitten and that the monarchy is dissolving. But you can still discuss my proposal, as I think it's still nice

As we, the Aytian Order, can all agree on the fact, that the monarchy is inefficient and lost it's legitimacy, we have decided to announce the creation of a council, which is currently being led by the acting mayor cheifjames.

I think that it is important to define what I mean by the council of the Free State of Aytos:

Due to our nations being small, we decided to make a temporary system of governing the town in order to transform the city. Everyone of the town's influential and well-respected inhabitants has a voice and can add their own opinion to the transforming process. We all agreed, that every voice is equal. Now that in order for a system like this to function, you need a leading person managing the parliamentary work. We decided, as I said before, that cheifjames has the position of the acting mayor. His job will be organizing the council, when it comes to a draw or conflict in the council and represent the council on an internal level in the threat against the monarchy. It is important here to understand, that he obviously relies on the opinion and positions of the council members, otherwise his ideas will lose legitimacy, like the constitution and system of Kev/Pav.

The current council members are

• ahamsandwich

Kevalalajnen and pavel_the_hitman have the option to join the council, but only if they declare the monarchy illegal and are willing to support the Free State of Aytos.

Faced with the threat of the restrictive monarchists coming back to power, we are forced to create a solid base for our new free state.

Therefore I suggest and hopefully you agree, on creating commitees, to work out the plan of our future development in following spheres:

• Constitution, political and governmental system (EgXPlayer (?),

The main goal of this committee will be to work out social norms and ideas, which will be the base of the future constitution and governmental system. A first draft of the constitution will be appreciated aswell. Also it might be up to them to work out a flag proposal.

• Plot system, City structure (cheifjames, EgXPlayer)

The main goal of this commitee lies in it's name - working out a way to structure the town and plots. Remember, the council already agreed on making the plot system less formal but more vivid and vibrant.

• International affairs, International Trade

The main goal of this commitee will be to present international treaties to the community, which might benefit the security of the free state (international level, internal level). Also it is important to renew the trade affairs with other nations and individuals in order to gain materials for rebuilding the free state of Aytos.

Please note, that all these commitees are interdependent, therefore in order to declare the ideas of one commitee binding, all council members need to agree on this!
