So i have booked me and my GF on a 4 day 3 ceremony retreat on the 3rd of June, a couple of my friends say its the best thing they ever did and the main motivation to go is the mrs as she struggles with anxiety, is in recovery from alcoholism and had a tough childhood so is a bit of a no brainer.

My nervousness is more around me, unlike her and both my friends who have done it i don’t have any real issues, i also run a very successful business and am generally pretty happy with my life, i guess my concern is i read a lot about people coming out after and making all sorts of changes in their life, i don’t want to loose my tenacity for my business because i come out thinking differently.

Am i right to be concerned? Are there any others here who went mainly for the experience and didn’t have any issues to be solved by doing the ceremony?
