Powdered caapi vines vs shredded
Post Body

I have always used shredded or whole vines, but decided to try powdered for the first time. I normally boil everything for around 12 hours total and strain the large pieces out, and have never had any issues beyond reasonable amounts of body load and nausea.

With powdered vine, does anyone else adjust the cooking process? Iā€™m thinking less overall time, but it would still be wise to strain it afterwards. I also would like to try a vine only microdose by putting some powder into a capsule and taking it directly. Would this be enough to cause stomach problems?
