What have been your biggest personality changes since taking ayahuasca? It’s been about a month since my retreat and have been pleasantly surprised by my own changes since attending: My depression is gone, and I don’t feel like it’s coming back. I worry a lot less about the future, and instead spend more time staying well organized. I empathize more with others, and try to actively help them with their problems. I can better sense if someone is pretending to hide their suffering. My ability to drink alcohol and party late into the night seems to be gone. I have tried doing it since and it doesn’t feel good at all. It kinda sucks, but that chapter seems to be over. Greater interest in helping to protect the environment. Increase in charitable activity. Smaller changes: My taste in music has changed, and I have a new interest in plants.
