Alkalaoids in B. Caapi harmed by pressure cooker?

212 degrees at 1 atmosphere of pressure obviously doesn’t hurt the alkaloids in b. caapi since one prepares it by simmering it for hours and hours. What about a pressure cooker? Have got an instant pot, which I think is 12 lbs pressure (I guess per square inch). Any one use a pressure cooker or know?
