After reading these posts, I think my brain is ready for a retreat.

I went through a trauma in December 2021, plus I have CPTSD. After that week, my mind opened up to horrible memories I thought was long gone. I keep "seeing" these memories. I microdose on mushroom honey, so I think that is helping along with marijuana.

Right now, I feel like I'm dying from LACK OF SLEEP and Starving.

Does a retreat sound right for me? Has anyone heard of a Go Fund ME for a Peru retreat.

I need help, so I can stop this feeling of just going downhill daily
