The guy {sa lean ap} I’m {da} seeing had a really fun time a few nights ago and we planned to spend that night at my place. I dropped him off at his place so he can drive to mine so I don’t have to drive him back home the next day but as I was about to drive home he knocks on my window and says he’s too tired to come over. I instantly started deactivating and wanted to run. He tried reassuring me that it’s not that he’s not disinterested in me and he likes me a lot but I don’t believe anything he says. The deactivation had started and I couldn’t stop feeling terrible the whole way home and I still feel terrible.

I know logically he’s just tired but emotionally I feel rejected and blaming myself for trying.
