Goodevening po members of avionics ph, may i ask for help po regarding where should i apply for free ojt po? I've been passing my résumé's on multiple companies for the past 3 months po but still no luck on getting accepted

There are some companies that replied to me however they didn't follow up din po. Late ko na na realize na if wala ka talagang backer sa aviation kawawa ka talaga🥲

Medyo kakapalan ko na po mukha to seek help the people of this community for me to get accepted din since ojt is the last requirement for me to graduate

If i still didnt have luck for the free OJT's may i ask what company offers paid OJT that can give me the best experience and job opportunities po
