Hello, I've seen a few posts where people had similar problems but none of them were actually solved. I bought a live gamer hd 2 gc570 this week, it plugged in fine (I have it in a x1 slot) and when I plugged a Nintendo switch into it, and used the passthrough to my monitor it worked fine for audio and visual, the monitor can play the audio, RECentral can hear everything and see everything. but OBS studio can't. It only captures the video. In the mixer there is no sound being captured at all.

I have it setup as "Video capture device" using "avermedia live gamer hd 2" with custom resolution/fps, obviously 1080p 60. under video format I tried "Any, YUY2, MJPEG" as the only options, none changed anything but visual. color was kept default but didn't change anything. I tried changing the audio output to "directsound" or "waveout" but neither worked.

I had a live gamer xtreme 2 before and It worked fine, but this card doesn't seem to work outside of the RECentral 4 software. (and no I didn't have the RECentral open when obs was open)

Things I've tried that didn't do anything.

- making a new audio source that uses the capture card

- disabling the "Line" Mic input in sound settings

- checking drivers
