frame stuttering on recentral mac

hello there i recently switched from pc to mac and for the first time i experienced stuttering on recording i used a avermedia live gamer portable lite and i never had this issue when on windows but on mac i got it and it started appearing after the 23 min mark which is weird is this caused by my mac or the recentral?
here are my recording settings do i need to change anything for a better experience next time i record?
