Soltera.2 vs Level 2 for commuting 22-25 miles a day
Post Body

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions, hope I can get answers for most of them.

SO, I have been doing my research and I can't decide between the Soltera.2 or the Level 2 for everyday commuting. I might get the Soltera.2 just because the price since I still need to get helmet, locks and a bag for clothes that would rest on the rack. BUT the Level 2 is appealing because of its bigger motor, battery and extra battery

Solter.2 Fenders Rear Rack Saddle Suspension Seat post = $1,2XX

Level 2 Free Battery = $1,699

1. Level 2: would selling the free battery be a good option to bring the price down after the fact? or keep it and use both batteries and extend their battery life.

My daily commute to work is around 22 miles.

2. Solter.2: For my commute. How long should the battery last if I charge it every day for 9 out of the 12 months a year? 2-3 years?

3. Level 2: For my commute. How long should the battery last if I charge it every 2 days for 9 out of the 12 months a year? 4-6 years?

  1. Would the Level 2 be a better value over the Soltera.2?

  2. Is the Level 2 easy to ride with the motor off?

  3. How long are these e-bikes?

  4. Do they fit on a standard car rack/mount?

Thank you!!!
