Any experience with taking the bike to a repair shop and getting parts?
Post Body

So I got into an accident and the front part of my bike got bent and banged up. I took it to my local bike shop and they said they can fix it but the company doesn't sell a lot of the parts needed. They also said, they tried calling the company about getting the parts they needed to repair it and there was no answer. I sent them an email, gave them the order number, bike shop contact info, and parts needed. So I guess I wait?

Does anyone have experience with bringing an Aventon electric bike in for repairs? Has anyone been successful in working with the company to get the parts necessary for the bike repair shop?
