So the "extraordinary skill" box says:

You cannot learn techniques by studying with a teacher if your Balance is 0 Community or lower.

However, the "Prodigy's Extraordinary Skill" paragraph says:

On the other hand, when they actually do study with a master, they can learn new techniques beginning at practiced level, skipping learned, as long as they have at least 0 Community.

Based on these, would you allow a Prodigy player to skip Learned at 0 Community, or do they need 1 Community at least?

Of course, Fiction First and talking to players can resolve anything, but this does look like a pretty clear contradiction between two sentences on the same page, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something, or if it is just an error - and if it's an error, which I should take as correct.
