Trip to hairdresser was really difficult

Post Body

I have wanted to dye my hair blonde for years and recently got out the mental hospital and decided to just go for it. I made a hair consultation appointment and had to get the bus then walk a long way through town to get there. Saw loads of people around my age with friends, socialising, laughing. It hurt so much. Then at the hairdresser being reminded Iā€™m not normal as I try and fake being so for the consultation. Next week I have to sit an hour and 45 minutes while they dye my hair. Why is socialising so difficult. I hate leaving my house and being reminded of what I am.
