Any issues with always running flows on Android 11?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A50 device which got updated to Android 11 recently. I had 2 flows which waited for Calls Incoming to take some action in a loop (hence they were always running).
However after Android 11 update, it appears these flows stop in the background after sometime. The Calls Incoming hence never triggers when I get a call.
I have even added Automate as one of the Never Sleeping Apps under the background usage settings. Reinstalling Automate has not helped. Am I missing anything?
