HELP with WG/ADB

Hi All
So I had this flow working previously on my fold 4 (Wireguard VPN), So it automatically turns on when I'm not in range of my home. I have a shiny new Pixel 8 Pro, and I can't get he thing to work. I have gone into ADB and tried giving permission but I get either "package not found" or "no such file or directory" ADB is working as I've done some tweaks for another app.
No idea why its not working any help world be greatly received.
