Can you change the default launcher via flow?

I'm looking to set up a location based toggle that switches the default launcher that my phone uses. The idea is to set up a minimalist launcher for work, and have it swap to my primary launcher when I leave.
If not possible, I would like tips on setting it up to limit the apps I have access to while at work.
