App Launch via Choice Dialogue

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this, I'm new to this app but see it's potential and how it could help my ADHD ass with some set-up.

I'm currently trying to set a daily reminder pop-up for a training app for work on my phone. In the Array I only want a Yes or No response. When I select yes, I want it to basically do nothing, but if I select no I want it to launch a specific app.

I've been able to get the flow to launch the app when I hit the "Cancel" option, but it does nothing whether I hit yes or no. How do I set up the array to do different things based on input?
