Desperately looking for assistance with my abnormal lab work. I had a positive RF of 24, positive ANA, ANA titer of 1:80, ANA pattern said nuclear and homogenous, speckled, sed rate was 6, folate 15.3, slightly elevated LDL, all other labs normal CBC with diff, BMP, lipid panel, TSH with reflex to FT4. I have two cervical bulging discs and have bad pain and knots all along my upper back between scapulas, neck pain, shoulder pain for awhile now. I've tried trigger point injections, physical therapy, cupping, robaxin, and more Motrin than normal people take their entire life. I requested my PCP to draw labs because I'm a nurse anesthetist and have seen a lot of patients get a wrong diagnosis over the years and I am otherwise healthy and very active, but starting to be more stiff in the mornings if I slept more than 5 hours. Only takes about 15 minutes-ish to feel a little better, but noticing it more than ever as a 47 yo female. No family history of auto-immune Dx. I recently started having bilateral knee pain after sleeping or sitting still for a long period of time, but goes away on its own. That's the only bilateral joint pain I have. Everything else is more muscular, per my sports med doc. I do have dry eyes, but my eye doc tested something with the tears I produce and said it was fine. I have brain fog, but also menopausal now and improved with hormone replacement. I'm sure my ADHD doesn't help with that. Diagnosing auto-immune stuff is no joke. I can't get in with rheumatologist for 4 months so losing my mind. Please help not sure where else to go. Sorry for the lengthy post.
