Is it normal to be so flip floppy?
Post Body

So I have some symptoms that COULD be autoimmune and a few lab results that could also point that way, but I haven't seen a Rheumatologist yet (next month) so I have no idea if what is going on is real or not, but I'm starting to feel a little nuts. I was certain my back and joint pain was getting significantly worse since the last few months- I keep waking up in pain and the other night I woke up with the worst pain in my back, hips, and knees ("the worst" is a bit dramatic; I know some people deal with terrible, debilitating pain and I feel for you. I just mean the worst my joint pain has ever been).

And then a couple days later, I felt...mostly fine. Still some pain in my hips when I sit too long, and tired, but like... manageable. Totally manageable. I'd hazard to say normal.

Is it typical for symptoms to be completely bonkers without any treatment at all in an autoimmune condition? I'm seriously anxious about wasting anyone's time if it's not a big deal, but it's making me feel pretty crazy.
