Hello, I recently had a ton of blood work done for symptoms I've been having. I'm going to include everything because I'm not sure what is or isn't connected.

I'm 28M and I have hypertension, and dry eye issues and eye pain which one doctor thinks is ocular rosacea and one thinks is just from dry eyes. I have non specific swollen lymph nodes and a non alcoholic fatty liver. I also have GI issues, which they think is GERD but I have an upcoming endoscopy for. I have skin issues. I get red knuckles and sometimes the skin on my face and arms randomly gets really warm to the touch and almost feels like a sunburn, and ends up going away the same day. I also get a lot of random acne like bumps on my hands and feet mostly, that come and go. I also get hot flashes where my body temperature actually rises from, then goes back down when they are over, and some nights I get night sweats. I'm also very heat intolerant.

I'm following up with doctors. I've been referred to hematology/oncology and a Rheumatologist. In the meantime, I'm trying to prepare myself for what these results could possible be and would appreciate others thoughts and ideas. I really hope its something manageable and not cancer or a life threatening condition.

So here are the abnormal blood test results I had. I'm not sure if all of it is related to the autoimmune issues or not, so I'll just list them all.

ANA Nuclear Antibody- Positive

ANA Pattern: speckled

ANA Titer- 1:1280

MCV: 81.4

MPV: 9.3

TIBC: 514

Transferrin: 367

Sedimentation rate : 22

Iron saturation: Just slightly low- 19
