Iām very very disappointed in the consent ā I donāt know whatās wrong with youā to me on doctors. Sadly where I live itās near impossible to find a specialist in dysautonomia. Iāve seen a neurologist to rule out seizures, headaches etc. MRI, overnight EKG etc. all of it. He said he doesnāt know and thinks itās dysautonomia/POTS but heās not skilled in it and said see a cardiologist since I have all the symptoms of POTS. My HR jumps from 70 to 110 on basis and some days itās 120 , sometimes canāt even leave the house bc itās so bad.
Fast forward to me seeing a cardiologist, I hav PCPs, ok. Then the doctor diagnoses me with high blood pressure but then says I donāt months later???? But yet prescriptions me medication that can worsen asthma. My asthma doctor says donāt take it so I dont. This cardiologist says high blood pressure and POTS are the same , which Ik they arenāt so I said tilt table test.
Now I just got the tilt table test yesterday after waiting half a year. It came back negative. My heart rate showed an huge increase but my blood pressure wasnāt 30 so they said negative. Went to a new cardiologist the same day and he also says I donāt meet the criteria for POTS or says no to high blood pressure and basically says I donāt know whatās wrong with you. Says to see a rheumatologist for the blood pooling and the pins/numbness and pain in my feet and hands. I was confused because isnāt this signs of POTS, and what about all the previous tests that show my HR increasing a ton and my blood pressure going from 110 to 136/80. Why didnāt the signs show up yesterday when it happens on a daily basis????? He also said I canāt legally drive since I have the passing out episodes and my heart rate issues. :ā)???
Fast forward, I finally received my blood tests back.
It says
- CMP, serum or plasma : out of range
glucose is high
-igg subclasses 1 2 3 4, serum: out of range
immunoglobulin g subclass 2 mg/dL is low
-ige, total, serum: out of range immunoglobulin E kU/L is high
For context, I am always sick . Constantly. I have nose bleeds, wheezing, shortness of breath, can go through a whole tissue box in one day, no antibiotics work, I get allergy shots weekly, blood pooling, weird rashes , rashes on my legs, heat and cold intolerance, I cough, CHEST PAINNN, abdominal pain ; especially on the left side, been to the ER randomly for a mingraine where my face and arm went numb, passed out , always get lightheaded/dizzy when I stand and some days itās just bad, diarrhea and randomly throwing up some days , random fevers, my joints always hurt, especially my wrists and knees, my knees also r inflamed and I used mobility aids in middle school, constant post nasal drip, inflammation in my nose (( ENT said I will need surgery?!)), chronic fatigue, vision goes foggy, brain fog, confusion, staring spells. Like what the fuck ,
Please I just need advice, what is life. What is wrong? Who do I see? Iām so tired and I just wanna feel better.
