Will a 1000w equivalent suffice for a 3x3

I’m using a parfactworks 1000w equivalent (115w) grow light I’m going to be growing 4 plants in 3 gal pots and I’m wondering if the light will be good enough for a grow or two, I’d like to upgrade to a mars hydro tsw 2000w but I don’t have the money yet.
