Starting another grow this weekend and need y'alls lighting advice

Alright so I'm just growing in a little 2ft x 2ft tent. I grew two plants last grow and that got a little unwieldy. This time I want to just grow one plant and try and get as much out of one as I possibly can.
I currently have this HLG 100 V2 Quantum Board:
Could I supplement this with another light, maybe some LED strips? To maximize yield.
Also, would it be beneficial to grow in a 7gal pot vs the 5gal pots I've been using? I'm growing in a super soil.
