Best tricks for seed to sprout in final pot?

Hi all,

Feel free to share your seeding tips. I’ve done the wet paper towel and the Vivosun seedling tray with heating pad, and half of a water bottle over the soaked seed in the final pot.

I’m running about a 20% success rate for seed to juvenile. Once they get to that stage they are on auto pilot.

Some incidents were; seedling dying from the heat of the green house on day 1 (hot day), seedling stretching in greenhouse and falling, and seedling rooting, but dying under the half water bottle.

Look forward to your tips! Thank you
