How unwise would it be to have Earl Scheib paint my parts from a newer car?
Post Body

I'm well aware of Earl's reputation, and I also realize you get what you pay for. But.... If I only need a new hood and use front bumper repainted without any repairs performed, would it still be a bad idea to use Earl Schieb? The location closest to me actually has really good reviews, and the price he gave me is 1/4 of what other shops want. I hear most of the problems with Earl are due to bad body work, but if they are only painting the parts would it still be an issue? The car is not a junker by any means, it's a newer Tacoma that has been well taken care of.
