HELP! I have a question.

Hi everyone. Made a post last night about this. Just wanted to try and get better pics to show everyone. Others have said it's possible paint checking. I assume it is as it looks like it's coming from underneath and causing these to raised up.

Back in May of this year i was t-boned. Both doors were replaced and refinished. I noticed these strange cracks/scratches, that weren't there before, yesterday evening. They look slightly raised.
